The picture says it all! Lemon ricotta pancakes are out of this world. Loved the waffle as well.

Enormous, and this is great because it reduces the wait time on busy evenings. A great option for a nice dinner at short notice! I love the starters here, and the cheesecakes are fabulous too!

Really loved this place. Appetizers were fantastic and the fish tacos I got really filled me up. Absurd portions honestly don't know how I finished my whole dinner. Took a while to get food after the apps but our waiter was great, friendly and apologetic. Would definitely come here again for sure.

The food is reliable and good across most branches of this chain, with generous portions for most of the menu. The service at this particular one, however, is really underwhelming, and I have been there quite a few times now. The salon is ample and there is lots of seating, so perhaps the waiter just loses track of the crowd. Their cheesecakes are good and they offer pickup and delivery services. There is usually little waiting time.

I'm going to give it to the readers straight. The fettuccine was absolutely awful. We did our food delivered from a third party app, but the food was not hot and the delivery driver had JUST picked it up. Unless he drove with the food on top of his car, which I highly doubt, this means the kitchen sent it out at a Lukewarm temperature. However, our Linda fudge cake was pretty amaaaaazing!! I very rarely eat chocolate anything, but this was a special weekend and my husband and I did indulge in the eating of the cake. Would recommend their desserts but not their hot food.

My husband and I liked it so much we went there before AND after the concert we saw that night. Got the nachos and the Thai Lettuce wraps....both were delicious! And of course, the cheesecake is amazing. We got the same waitress both times and she was great too! Can't wait to go back!

My first time at Cheesecake Factory was splendid. Our waiter Tyrone gave great and honest recommendations and was the nicest man in Boston. Shout out to him for making me want to come back to Cheesecake Factory again,

Warm ambiance, friendly service. There's both a sit down restaurant area as well as bar area with round tables higher up. Classy decor and pleasant music. It's just inside the entrance to the shopping center. A meeting meeting place. Wide selection from the menu and generally all is good there. The staff take care to ensure customers are pleased with the experience as much as possible.

Great place for a quick bite. Many choices on the menu all of which are good. Also many choices of cheesecake available. Located just off the subway stop at Pruedential.

To be honest, the food was not great. I enjoyed my brussel sprouts & mushrooms, but not the breaded zucchini and my friend disliked her chicken sandwich. The prices for the cocktails were expensive, and when converted to Canadian... outrageous! The best part of the experience was the bartender/ server Catherine. She was friendly, outgoing and professional.

Had an awesome menu, bartender could make drinks not on the menu, would love to visit again!

Went to the factory during Model UN at like 1 AM with 9 other dudes and we were served perfectly cordially. Love specifically this Cheesecake Factory for being a MUN tradition. Cheesecake is eternal.

Just went for dessert. Delicious! Hopping on Christmas Eve after dinner. Staff were attentive and enthusiastic!

Loved the ambience and surprisingly, the food. Food was really delicious, especially the Louisiana Gumbo with shrimp and chicken. It's a must try! And how can we not address the cheesecakes? The best of the best in the world! Godiva cheesecake is a definite must-try!

Excellent place with amazing selection of food options.The variety of food options here is humongous. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are fantastic. This is an amazing place to try out different options of food from salads to appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and an huge variety of cocktail. The Guava non alcoholic cocktail is a great choice. Check out the full menu posted by me. Recommend all food lovers to visit this classy place.

Better than I imagined. The herb crusted salmon was excellent. A massive menu with a wide variety of drinks and different styles of cheesecake. My only complaint is lack of coat hooks on the booths to hang up your coat in the winter. Apparently they have a coat closet. I can see where coat hooks would clash with the atmosphere they are trying to create.

Great food and fast service. Enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs lunchtime serving and that about filled me up. Just be aware that you may need to take the cheesecake away with you (still tastes as good).

Fantastic and very friendly service. Our waiter was very helpful and made sure to document that I had allergies. The food tasted great and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. A great place for a night out with your family or friends!

It was the first time we visited Cheesecake Factory and we were not disappointed. Beautiful restaurant with great menu for every taste, separate menu with more healthy choices and great service. Wonderful selection of desserts. I had pasta and Lemon meringue cheesecake, it was wonderful.

Pretty much everything on their menu is good but the plates are huge and heavy so I would recommend sharing. The cheesecakes are outstanding

Too good a place to hang out with friends. There is a huge variety of options in the menu. The ambience is awesome and the staff is very professional. Tried cheesecake and pizza, and loved it!

We had great service from Emma. She was sweet and prompt. We love the meatloaf dinner most of all. Cheesecake was amazing! Thanks Emma! Make sure your parking gets validated! We made that mistake and paid $42.00 to get out of the parking lot.

I love this place, such a nice place and great menu. The crispy cashew chicken is very good and of course the original cheesecake is the cherry on top 💯

I have been here a lot of times! I have also ordered food for delivery or pick-up. I've always had a very good time in this restaurant, most of the servers and personnel are super friendly and make the experience better.But the last time that we order for pick-up, we have a lil’ surprise. My boyfriend found a long hair on it. He took it out from the hamburger pattie. Besides that, flavors and presentations are always awesome and delightful!!We hope CcF keeps its cooks and prep-cook up to date with sanitary rules and food manipulation protocols. So this issue never happen again.

You either like the CF or you don’t. It is as good as every other one you’ve been to. The chain’s consistency is incredible.

I do love this place and the food is great and the cheesecake is great. But is it really worth it? I can think of plenty of other places in town that can provide better food at a slightly lower cost. Maybe just go for desert.

Wait staff was super nice and friendly. Went here for a date, the waitress really enhanced our experience there.

Takes too long to be seated. There visible empty tables but still took too long to be seated. Waiter was just took our orders but never came back to check on us in case we needed to ask for or about something.

Great as all other cheesecake factories! I ordered key lime cheesecake which was delicious and fettuccine alfredo with chicken which was good. It was pretty crowded around 12 pm during the week most probably because of MRS conference. So make sure no conferences are happening when you go there!

Excellent restaurant that provide a plate for every taste. The variety of plates offer a good chance to please everybody. From pasta to seafood and steak , all with excellent quality. I like the grilled salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes also the herb crusted salmon with asparagus was amazing . Pasta with Louisiana sauce is a gem for those who like spicy food and you can substitute your broccoli in the salmon plate with this pasta . Cheese cake is a must have dessert and you can Choose from variety of flavors .... cheese cake is a must have dinner in Boston
